Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using FieldPay ("the Service") operated by FieldPay ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms you may not use the Service.
FieldPay is a mobile web application that allows trades businesses to create, send, and manage invoices from their mobile devices. The Service includes invoice creation, customer management, team management, and payment method display features.
To use FieldPay you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service.
FieldPay offers paid subscription plans billed monthly. By subscribing you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.
All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your payment card information. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact sales@fieldpayapp.com within 7 days of a charge if you believe an error occurred.
You agree to use FieldPay only for lawful business purposes. You may not:
You retain ownership of all data you enter into FieldPay including customer information, invoice data, and business details. By using the Service you grant us a limited license to store and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
You are responsible for ensuring that any customer data you enter into FieldPay complies with applicable privacy laws and that you have the right to store and use that information.
If you subscribe to the Team plan you may invite workers to use FieldPay under your business account. You are responsible for:
Worker seats are billed at $10.00 per month each. Removing a worker from the app immediately revokes their access. Billing for the seat continues until you explicitly release the seat through the app.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of FieldPay. Our name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of FieldPay. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We are not responsible for any losses resulting from your use of the Service or your inability to access the Service.
FieldPay is an invoicing tool only. We do not facilitate, process, or guarantee payments between you and your customers. Payment collection is your responsibility.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FieldPay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct we deem harmful to the Service or other users. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting sales@fieldpayapp.com. Upon termination your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by posting a notice in the app. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Pennsylvania.
