• Payment handles (PayPal, CashApp, Venmo usernames)

• Process your subscription payments through Stripe
• Send you account-related emails such as password resets

3. Payment Processing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

• With service providers who assist in operating our platform (Stripe, Supabase)

6. Customer Data

When you enter your customers' contact information into FieldPay, you are responsible for ensuring you have the right to store and use that information. Your customers' data is used solely to provide the invoicing service and is never shared with or sold to third parties.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription and request account deletion, we will delete your data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or compliance purposes.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Export your invoice data using the CSV export feature

9. Cookies

FieldPay uses minimal browser storage (localStorage) to save your preferences such as dark mode settings. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies.

10. Children's Privacy

FieldPay is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information please contact us and we will delete it.
